RelaxnTravel.ca respects the privacy of our clients who make reservations with RelaxnTravel.ca, Relax&Travel.ca, Constellation, WC and the Softvoyage reservation systems, the following discloses our information gathering and handling practices for our website(s) - RelaxnTravel.ca. Secure Form: RelaxnTravel.ca uses a secure server order form to allow clients to make secure travel reservations with several airlines, hotels, tour operators and car rental companies. In order to do so we must collect the following client information: name, address, contact phone numbers, email addresses, postal/zip code, age, and credit card details. Contact information from the order form is used to mail tickets and/or invoice to our clients. Financial information that is collected is used to collect payment from the client for products and services whether used or unused (according to the booking conditions).
Our hotel-booking engine is powered by "WC", a member of the ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents) and IATAN (International Airlines Travel Agent Network). "WC". is also registered as a seller of travel with the State of Florida - Fla. Seller of Travel Reg. No. ST34200.

This technology connects directly to the central reservations systems of hotels worldwide, resulting in better rate and room descriptions, and in many cases, a greater variety of rates. Relax&Travel has also a large number of Consolidators connected directly to the booking search engine and other private sources to maintain the lowest price and the widest selection. Our web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of the client information under our control. When you make a reservation with RelaxnTravel.ca your personal and credit card details will be protected against non-authorized use.

In addition to these safeguards, once we receive your reservation information it is processed then removed from our Internet based servers and retained on our equally secure in-house reservation system.

When you make a reservation or purchase online with RelaxnTravel.ca, we will share information about you and your purchase with the applicable airline, hotel, car-rental agency, tour operator or other travel suppliers. We will only provide the necessary information to ensure your travel arrangements are confirmed with these travel suppliers. The travel suppliers will use your credit-card information to process your ticket or reservation.

In addition to the circumstances described above, RelaxnTravel.ca and Relax&Travel Inc. may disclose member information if required to do so by law, court order, as requested by government or law enforcement authorities, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable including, without limitation, to protect the rights or properties of RelaxnTravel.ca and Relax&Travel Inc. or Softvoyage, or when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing interference with our rights or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise, or when anyone else could be harmed by such activities.
